1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

    • Personal care items (e.g., soaps, cosmetics)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Hazardous materials
    • Gift cards and downloadable software products

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

4. Late or Missing Refunds
